I've spent over 20 years working at the intersection of mental health, emotional alchemy, and the western spiritual sciences, training in astrology, ritual, NLP, core shamanism, sound therapy, medical herbalism, and psychic discernment, and weaving all of it together into a system that has genuinely changed my life and the lives of the women I work with.
